H2 Hotel Berlin-Alexanderplatz

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to many bars and a short walk to public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also loved the variety of food and drink options available in the restaurant, and the reasonable prices were a nice bonus.

My room at H2 Hotel Berlin-Alexanderplatz was like a cozy cocoon, with a comfy bed and a giant flat screen TV. It really felt like my own little hideout from the city buzz.

The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the view from my room, but that's just me.

The H2 Hotel's prime location makes it perfect for families visiting Berlin, with the Berlin Zoo just a stone's throw away. The zoo is fantastic, with a wide variety of animals, including cute penguins, majestic lions, and playful elephants that amazed our kids. It's a great way to spend a fun and educational day with the family.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel offered some children's activities or a play area for kids to enjoy while we relaxed at the hotel.

Genuinely professional staff, beautiful bathroom & extremely comfy beds - all for a very nice stay. Mitte is a district that deserves exploring.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz and the breakfast was really good with a lot of options. I had requested a late check-out and was actually surprised when they granted it without any hassle.

Great Hotel! We stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic time exploring the nearby attractions. The location was perfect, with Hofbräu Berlin, Galeria Kaufhof, and Alexanderplatz central station all within walking distance. The hotel itself was new, quiet and comfortable, with clean rooms and a delicious breakfast included. We also loved the convenience of having a restaurant and small store at the entrance of the hotel. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at this hotel! It was very clean and had great facilities, including parking and easy access to transportation. It was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city on foot or via public transport. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and many popular tourist attractions. It's easy to get to from the train station and right in the center of the city, close to the famous television tower. The rooms are clean and come with all necessary amenities, while the breakfast offers a good selection of healthy and tasty food.

There have been reports of some miscommunications and billing errors, which could potentially create problems for guests.

The hotel's location in Mitte, featuring hip cafes and shops in a series of labyrinthine courtyards, made me feel like I was navigating through a real-life maze of hidden gems. It was an unexpected adventure right outside the hotel's doors, perfect for explorers at heart.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if there were more handrails in the bathrooms for added safety.

The location is unbeatable, very near the Alexanderplatz stations and within walking distance of all the main Berlin sites. You can easily reach everything using public transport. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast, which is included in the rate, offers a wide variety of options, including coffee machines in case you need a caffeine fix in the morning.

Fairly nice stay in the calm area. Every detail was fab, including staff and rooms, I liked how fairly clean the hotel was. Rooms with a single bed as well as yoghurt style German breakfast. For breakfast there where muesli and eggs. Excellent interior, nice restaurant.
